Tamago
Tamago is a Japanese omelet only available in North America from Japan. It is prepared by gently layering the egg while cooking.
It can be eaten as is and used in Nigiri sushi rolls in restaurants.
Crème Brulee Mix
Crème Brulee or ‘Burnt Cream’ is a traditional dessert consisting of rich custard topped with a contrasting layer of hard caramel. Our Crème Brulee mix is made from Cage Free egg yolk. It makes a very difficult dessert very easy to make from scratch to taste very good.
This Versatile Base is perfect for other desserts and baking; use in Flans, Mousse, Egg Tarts and Crème Anglais among many other applications.
Soft Boiled Eggs
Our soft boiled eggs are used for for serving on top of Ramen noodles and as an increasingly popular restaurant style for salads or anywhere boiled eggs are used.
